Distinctive Companies launches quality remodeling division
DISTINCTIVE REMODELERS OFFERS HOME RENOVATION SERVICES THROUGHOUT SUBURBS

Long known for building quality new homes, Distinctive Companies is now earning a solid reputation for making older homes new again—a la the Orland Park-based firm’s recently initiated renovation division Distinctive Remodelers.

Distinctive Companies Chairman/CEO Bryan Nooner created Distinctive Remodelers based in large part on increasing demand from past clients seeking to modernize or expand their existing residences.

“We have a large base of satisfied, loyal customers from over the years who often contact us for future projects,” Nooner said. “I would regularly get calls and requests from many of these past buyers who wanted to hire us to come out and do things like finish their basement, add a room or update their kitchen. While we provided a limited degree of these kinds of services in the past, we didn’t have the resources to accommodate many of these requests, especially the large jobs. So we had to turn down some major projects.”

Rather than disappoint his trusting clientele and decline future business, Nooner decided to pursue a win-win solution for all by creating a whole new division within the firm: Distinctive Remodelers, which offers partial or whole-house renovation services throughout the suburbs and whose motto is “different by design.”
